Technical

• Lead generation; follow up, negotiation and consultative discussions, provide project Plan, execute orders, negotiate & close order with clients to finalize the closure for Website design & development Services.
• Submitting proposals to freelance websites like elance, guru and odesk to develop sales
• Analysis of the market and requirement gathering.
• Exploration of all outbound mediums to close the business deal.
• Project Scope estimation & creation of Business Documents.
• Actively sourcing and prospecting for potential clients
• Should be able to achieve sales target
• Co-ordination to provide the sales support for Company's Web based services.
• Understand the principles and process of web design and development
• Must create a range of concepts and strategies for each project.
• Take personal accountability for on-time deliverables

Personal

• Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have strong communications skills.
• Should be available to provide assistance to the team on 24/7 basis. Not mandatory.
• Having ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Having Flexible and responsive work style
• Should be able to identify scope of work on individual basis as well as strive to achieve excellence at a team level.
• Must be detail oriented, a self-starter, and a strong team player.
• Stay aware of current trends, have an enthusiasm for and basic understanding of web trends and technologies
• Ability to inspire a team of designers, juggles multiple projects simultaneously, and works closely with internal/external business partners.
